The chalet is within walking distance to Hawksnest Golf and Ski Resort, which is open to the public. The paved roads are well maintained by The Town of Seven Devils and, after a snowfall, the roads are cleared by mid-morning.

This two-story home may be rented entirely as 4 bedrooms, 2 baths or it securely separates, upstairs and downstairs, for 2 bedrooms and 1 bath each. Both levels offer: king-size bed in the master bedrooms, twin beds in the second bedrooms, bed linens/towels provided, a large deck with picturesque view, fully equipped kitchens, dishwasher, washer/dryer, telephone, cable TV with VCR, and a coffee maker.

In addition, the upper level has a stone fireplace, use of a fully enclosed garage with direct accessibility to the house (automatic garage door opener provided for added convenience), Cathedral ceiling, Jacuzzi tub, BBQ grill, and a loft with trundle beds.

The lower level features a Ben Franklin Wood Burning Stove, a bench swing on the deck and a queen-size folding couch.
